Winter Specialised Ski Courses with the Avoriaz Alpine Ski School

Come and spend a week improving your skiing!

With intensive tuition from an English Instructors, these clinic weeks offer you the opportunity to improve and get the most from your skiing.

You can book the course through us for £190, and then create your accommodation package as per usual.

Learn to Paraglide with the Ecole de Parapente des Portes du Soleil

Come and learn to fly!

A 5 day beginners course will give you a practical and theoretical introduction to this sport, culminating in your first solo flights!! (the photo is a student on day 5).

You will progress through the FFVL (French Federation for Free Flight) qualifications and receive certification for each level that you achieve.

The Beginners course booked through us is £275, and you construct your own accommodation package. We will, however, ensure a shuttle service to get you to your class each morning.

If you fly already, then the school also offers an Improvers Course, which covers further technical and practical aspects of flying here in the Alps, and attempts to fly from several different sites during the course of the week to give you the maximum experience during your time here. This course is £330, booked through us.

We should mention that we are passionate about flying... so there's always someone to talk about what happened that day!!!
